In recent weeks, we have been (unsuccessfully) fending off colds and fevers which then continued on as ear infections. So while we attempt to ready ourselves for Christmas (and isolate our yuck from other unsuspecting victims), we spent yesterday preparing Christmas dinner. Stuffed shells is everybody's favorite, and as they can be made ahead of time and frozen until going into the oven, they are a favorite of mine for other reasons as well. (While we make our own sauce, we use this exact recipe which comes off the box of San Giorgio jumbo shells.)


Heidi was our cheese shredder.



Poor Anna can hardly hear at the moment, so she was our facial expression entertainment, and Jesse was the universal goofball.


Full counters make for interesting food prep but also a hilarious process.
